Acore Tech Check

End-User License Agreement

Effective date: August 5, 2026 · Last updated: August 7, 2026 · Acore Technology (“Acore”, “we”, “us”)

1. The service

Acore Tech Check (the “Service”) analyzes your business’s technology spending using intake information you provide and, with your authorization, accounting data that the application accesses only through read operations. This can include expense transactions and optional Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow exports. The output is an assessment report and, optionally, a proposed implementation engagement.

2. Your authorization

By connecting your accounting system, you represent that you are authorized to grant access to that company’s data. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the app inside your accounting system or by asking us to delete your connection.

3. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the reports it produces for your own business purposes. The Service’s software, design, and methodology remain Acore’s property.

4. No financial advice

Reports are informational. They identify spending patterns and potential savings; they are not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. Verify findings with your own records before acting on them.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that reports are error-free or that identified savings will be realized.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acore’s total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may end use of the Service at any time. On request we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
